Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido has urged fans to get behind Daniel Alves after the summer market shut with the Brazilian still part of the club.
"We placed the bar very high so to continue having him and now we have won a great player. He is one more for the squad and the fans must offer him affection and support," said Del Nido. "I only have been 21 years in this and I assure them that he will be again one of our best this season."
