Sevilla has agreed a significant partnership with betting firm Interapuestas.com, but the club remains without a shirt sponsor, reports Sport Business. The Spanish online gaming brand of Interwetten AG has agreed a deal that will see it receive advertising presence in all games played at Sevilla's Estadio Sanchez Pizjuan.
"Because of this, the agreement reached with Interapuestas.com is something to be satisfied about because we are dealing with an international company that, like us, has risen to success and today leads the online sports betting sector at European level and has a presence in more than 70 countries. The fact that their website is translated into nine different languages says it all."
Managing director of Interapuestas.com, Birgit Bosch, added: "For many years we have been the leaders of this sector in the Spanish market and the co-operation with Sevilla FC, an international club, will certainly strengthen our position. Besides the regular sporting success of the club we are full of enthusiasm about the club's great community of followers. This emotional environment is the perfect framework to present our brand."
