Sevilla pair Palop, Fabiano suffer home invasions inside 48 hours

Sevilla pair Luis Fabiano and Andre Palop have had their homes burgled inside 48 hours this week.

Palop was the first to suffer. In the early hours of last Friday he was the victim of a break-and-enter. Thieves entered the home of Palop with his family sleeping. The assailants, however, fled after the house alarm was set off.

More serious was the case of Luis Fabiano, whose family came face-to-face last Friday with robbers at his home while the Brazilian striker trained with the team.

The assailants confronted Fabiano's wife at gunpoint and left with watches, jewellery and large amounts of cash.
