Sevilla move for Lyon's Makoun

Sevilla sports chief Monchi is preparing a bid for Olympique Lyon midfielder Jean Makoun II.

The Cameroon international is seen as the ideal addition to Sevilla's midfield ahead of next season's Champions League campaign.

Makoun's agent, Nikola Franco, has welcomed Sevilla's interest and is ready to open formal negotiations.
