Under pressure from Manchester City, Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido is seeking talks with coach Juande Ramos about a new contract.
After Claudio Ranieri chose to sign with Juventus yesterday, prospective Manchester City owner Thaksin Shinawatra is now aiming to prise Ramos away from Sevilla at the end of this season.
Ramos is settled in Seville, but has admitted an ambition to coach in the Premiership.
