Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido insists striker Luis Fabiano will be staying.
Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has been heavily linked with a swoop for the Brazilian frontman as he seeks to further strengthen his double-winning squad.
But del Nido is confident the 26-year-old is going nowhere.
He told ABC Sevilla: "He has at least one year left here, if not two.
"We are in advanced talks about his renewal. The idea is that he stays here for the next four seasons."
United have also been linked with Fabiano's team-mate Daniel Alves.
