Manchester City and Tottenham have been informed they must cough up big to land Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo.
The Daily Star says Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido said his hand had been forced by Negredo's desire to leave and claimed there were two offers on the table for the player.
He told AS: "We are not going to undersell Negredo or any other player.
"If you ask me I would like him to stay.
"He will only go if the right offer arrives. If it doesn't, he will stay, he has another four years left on his contract."
