Sevilla defender Clement Lenglet is edging closer to agreeing a move to Barcelona.

While he has been linked with Liverpool today, the Frenchman is favouring a Barca switch - so long as he secures playing guarantees from coach Ernesto Valverde.

Diario Gol says Barca are willing to allay Lenglet's concerns by selling Thomas Vermaelen and loaning out Yerry Mina this summer.

Lenglet is satisfied with Barca's plans and has had representatives begin house hunting for him on the outskirts of the city.

Barca are prepared to match the €40m buyout clause in Lenglet's contract to bring him to the Nou Camp at season's end.
