Sevilla chief Monchi confident Fabiano ignoring Man Utd rumours
Sevilla sports chief Monchi is confident Luis Fabiano won't leave the club.
Manchester United and Juventus have been linked with the Brazil international, but Monchi says: "He has had an interesting summer, but he is focused.
"He's happy at Sevilla, he knows that his play here has earned him a place in the Selecao ... I do not care about these rumours, because they are just that, he's leaving for Manchester City, then Arsenal, now United, but they are stories that do not have continuity, no declarations from a sports director.
"I imagine that for Luis, who is no child, those things will go in one ear and will leave the other."

as a sevilla fan, i hope he stays but when you look at it really, he'll go in 1-3 years...maybe less
Just a rumour....he is not United class...I think we will go for Villa or Arguero
I like him, he is probably the most on form striker in the world, and has been in the same form over the past few seasons. I just don't see him getting in the team ahead of Rooney and Berbatov, if Michael Owen can't force them out it'd be hard for anyone else. I wouldn't be suprised if Man City added him to their growing list of strikers, mind you.
