Sunderland winger Stephane Sessegnon was delighted to make a winning return against QPR.

Sessegnon was back after suspension.

"Today was very important for me," he told safc.com.

"As a team, we played very well today and I had the chance to score.

"I was very happy because I have not played for three games. I am pleased to have been able to come back and score.

"I was grateful to David [Vaughan] because he gave me a good cross and I was able to touch it in."
