Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was asked about surviving a relegation battle yesterday after their defeat at Tottenham. The Gunners are languishing 15th in the table, with just seven points and a goal difference of minus six.
And the Frenchman admitted: "We have to set ourselves realistic targets and to say we will win the League is not one. We are 12 points behind Manchester United and Manchester City.
"So we have to fight to get back into a much better position. That's the reality."
But he insisted his men would not be relegated and added: "Relegation? No. You ask me my opinion and I say no."
