Zenit St Petersburg's Andrei Arshavin's representatives have revealed that Inter Milan and Juventus had discussions about signing the forward. With Arsenal now in the box seat to sign Arshavin, his agent Dennis Lachter has spoken of the other clubs who had expressed interest.
Lachter told Calciomercato.it: ""I had two meetings with Juventus and Inter, but nothing happened in the end.
"I can't say anything about Andrei's future at the moment because I am waiting for things to evolve.
"Zenit have already refused an offer from Arsenal, so we have to wait for a resolution.
"I don't know about interest from Manchester City. I have had no contact and I don't know if Zenit have."
