Liverpool striker Fernando Torres says he would one day like to play in Italy's Serie A so he can round out the three big competitions in the world. Although he has stated his desire to remain at Anfield for as long as possible, the Spaniard revealed that the Serie A does interest him.

"One day I could play for a great club like Milan or Inter, then I would be able to say that I have played in the three most important leagues in the world - the Spanish, the English and the Italian," said Torres.

"Who knows, maybe one day I could even have the option of the Bundesliga.

"I want to stay at Liverpool for many years yet," he added.

"I feel at home here and I have another four years on my contract."
