The Sun says he i s a target for Italian giants Inter Milan, Juventus and Fiorentina.

Southampton beat Inter and Fiorentina to the £12million signing of the 22-year-old Uruguayan midfielder last summer.

And Saints boss Mauricio Pochettino said: "The interest in him is normal because he's a young, strong player who is proving in England he can rise to the occasion."
