Serbian whizkid Danilo Pantic says he's moving to Chelsea.

Pantic, who currently plays his football for Partizan Belgrade, is expected cost Chelsea just £670,000 as he has yet to sign a professional contract.

He told Novosti: "In the situation we are now in, going to Chelsea would be the best solution for me and for Partizan.

"I am not sure when I will be back in Belgrade, I believe in next day or two, and a transfer should be done this week."
