Wesley Sneijder insists Inter Milan's squad is not over the hill.

The midfielder says he has faith in the current squad.

"Does our squad need rejuvenating? Two years ago we had a side with many 'old' players and yet we still won everything," he told Sky Sport Italia.

"At this moment in time we are going through a difficult patch because of injuries. We're always playing with the same players and it's tough to be at our best with a game every three days.

"We'll have to wait and see if anyone arrives in the January transfer window, but I have faith in this squad as it is.

"Ranieri is also the right man for Inter."
