The agent of Yaya Toure insists he's happy over his situation at Manchester City.

The midfielder was left out of City's Champions League squad yesterday.

"We are satisfied that Yaya will remain until the contract expires. Obviously, he was able to leave, but decided to stay," said agent Dimitri Seluk to Sport Express.

"Yaya is a professional athlete. Everyone understands everything.

"The man has one year left on the contract."
