A sell-on clause is holding up Tottenham's deal for Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra.

After initially demanding €20 million for the France international, Real have now agreed a fee of €11.5 million with Spurs.

Negotiations will continue today, with Diarra eager to see the deal happen.
