Clarence Seedorf expects his future to be clarified with AC Milan next week.
The Dutch is off contract in June.
He remarked: "To win the Scudetto you need consistency, a good defence, a forward line that works and above all a team that stays united during difficult moments," said the Dutch veteran who scored against Cagliari.
"Every side goes through tough times during a season, but we did well to stay together and keep everything running smoothly.
"My future? As Milan announced, there will be a meeting next week."
