AC Milan continue to keep tabs on Newcastle United goalkeeper Tim Krul.
The Evening Chronicle says Clarence Seedorf's arrival has only enhanced Milan's interest in Krul and they could make a summer move for the 25-year-old.
Sources in Holland have indicated he has had a recommendation from his former international team-mate Edwin van der Sar who rates Krul as one of the best keepers in Europe.
A source said: "Tim is catching the eye in Europe.
"His performances at Newcastle are understandably being noted by some of the top clubs."
