Botafogo midfielder Clarence Seedorf has a coaching offer from AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi.

TMW says Seedorf's agents are flying to Brazil today armed with Milan's proposal and will immediately enter talks with the Dutchman upon touching down.

Berlusconi is personally driving the offer, convinced Seedorf has what it takes to take charge of the Milan squad next season, despite his lack of coaching experience.

The Milan dressing room is concerned over the prospect and there is also supporter unrest over developments.
