After being unavailable due to injury time he was selected for the Socceroos, Queensland Roar's Michael Zullo is determined to make the most of his second chance.
The 20-year old was selected by national selectors in March last year but was unable to travel with the squad because of an injury and this time he is hopeful more than anything.
"It came straight out of left field so definitely it's a big honour and hopefully I can do well," Zullo said.
"If I get on the field it'll be a big moment for me but I'm just trying to take it as a good experience.
"Last year was my breakthrough year and this year's been about maintaining it," he added.
"It started off difficult but the last month and a half to two months it's kind of looked up and I've just got to push on now until the end of the season."
