Ibrahimovic's move to Inter Milan has seen the Swede branded a 'traitor' by some Juve fans over the striker's decision to quit the club after they were demoted as part of the Calciopoli ruling.
However, Secco revealed: "Ibrahimovic was leaving even before Calciopoli. (Luciano) Moggi asked the board to sell him because his new contract demands were too high."
Meanwhile, reflecting on Marcelo Zalayeta's winner for Napoli on the weekend, Secco added: "We have no regrets. We sold Zalayeta in co-ownership and now he is worth twice as much."
