Sebastien Le Toux hopes to form an exciting all-French attack with Eric Hassli for Vancouver Whitecaps this season.

Le Toux has arrived in a trade from Philadelphia Union - via Bolton Wanderers.

He never knew Hassli in France but remembers seeing him score goals for French side FC Metz, while he was still a youth player in Rennes.

"Eric is a great player and we have lots of different characteristics," Le Toux told the Vancouver Sun. "I'm looking forward to continuing to progress together and I'm sure we'll do good things."
