Seattle Sounders have reportedly traded midfielder Peter Vagenas to Colorado Rapids for Julien Baudet and Danny Earls.
Vagenas made just six appearances in the 2010 season and was deemed surplus to requirements by coach Sigi Schmid.
Frenchman Baudet played 22 times for the MLS Cup winners including the last half hour of the final against FC Dallas on Sunday whilst Irishman Earls was involved in 18 matches this season after joining from Rochester Rhinos.
The trade has delayed the release of the MLS Expansion Draft protection list. The draft is to be held on Wednesday.
