Obafemi Martins has had his red card and fine rescinded by an independent review panel.
The Seattle Sounders striker was sent off in the 71st minute of his side's 2-0 win over Chivas USA on the weekend after challenging Gabriel Farfan.
Referee Ricardo Salazar brandished a red card to a surprised Martins with the rest of the Sounders bench protesting the call and he has since had that suspension and fine withdrawn making him free for this weekend's meeting with Vancouver Whitecaps.
Sounders head coach Sigi Schmid was thrilled with the decision: "Getting Oba back is a big plus for us.
"Oba and Lamar [Neagle] have played together fairly well and to be able to come back with those two is a huge plus and helps us in terms of making our line-up decisions this week."
