Costa Rica international Heiner Mora is the subject of reported interest from the Seattle Sounders.
The 27-year old Deportiva Saprissa right-back is being targeted as a replacement for James Riley who has left the club for Chivas USA according to the Seattle Times.
Sounders general manager Adrian Hanauer has indicated that Mora, who comes out of contract in December, is a player the club likes but whether or not they will pursue him is another matter.
Mora has made 18 appearances for Costa Rican national team and started three of their matches at the 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
