Seattle Sounders have sent Eriq Zavaleta on loan to NASL club San Antonio Scorpions.
The 20-year old forward, who made his MLS debut in March, will spend the next while furthering his development with the Scorpions who sit second bottom on the Spring season table.
Zavaleta was selected by Seattle in the first round (10th overall) of the 2013 MLS SuperDraft, joining the Sounders from Indiana University where he helped the Hoosiers win the College Cup.
