Seattle Sounders are certain to have a crowd of more than 33,000 for Tuesday night's Lamar Hunt US Open Cup final.

A record crowd for the 98-year tournament is expected at CenturyLink Field when the Sounders host Chicago Fire as they get set to beat their own attendance record set last season.

The Sounders attracted 31,311 for their 2-1 victory over Columbus Crew and will now go for their third-straight cup in front of a crowd of at least 33,000 and heading closer towards 35,000.
