Juergen Klinsmann has called Seattle Sounders midfielder Brad Evans into his USA squad.
The 27-year old was not in the initial roster for next month's 2014 World Cup qualifiers against Jamaica, Panama and Honduras but has been called in by Klinsmann and will report to camp on May 27.
Evans, who has made seven international appearances, was used as a substitute in friendly wins over Venezuela and Panama in January 2012 and will get the chance to add to that tally in the trio of WC qualifiers as well as preceding friendlies against Belgium and Germany on May 29 and June 2 respectively.
