More than 30,000 tickets have been sold for the US Open Cup final between Seattle Sounders and Chicago Fire.

Sounders FC will open up seats in the "Hawks Nest" at the north end of CenturyLink Field to satisfy demand.

Seattle drew 31,311 fans last year, which is the highest recorded attendance for an Open Cup final, which dates to 1914.
