Seattle Sounders coach Sigi Schmid insists young forward Fredy Montero will only get better and better.
The 22-year old Colombian, who was linked with a move to Premier League club Fulham during the off-season, was impressive in his debut MLS season, winning the Newcomer of the Year award and Schmid is confident he will go on to bigger and better things but in good time.
"He's still young, just 21, and he can still get better. The biggest difference to a player like Montero is the adjustment to training," Schmid told majorleaguesoccertalk.com.
"Getting used to the rhythm and the hard work of a European or North American training schedule is a lot different to that of South America and he will get better and better the more he gets used to it."
