Scunthorpe United are set to snap up Everton youngster Jose Baxter.

Everton midfielder Baxter is wanted by Scunthorpe on a three-month loan.

Toffees boss David Moyes is happy to let Baxter, 18, spend time away from Goodison Park to gain more experience and watched him score twice during Everton reserves' 5-0 defeat of Blackpool yesterday.
