Scunthorpe boss Knill feels Man Utd keeper Johnstone has big future

Scunthorpe United boss Alan Knill was delighted with Manchester United goalkeeper Sam Johnstone's debut.

Johnstone was rushed into the line-up for their draw with Sheffield United.

Knill told the club's website: "We lost Josh Lillis to injury in midweek and made a phone call to Manchester United.

"They immediately said yes and once again we're thankful they've let him come here.

"He's going to be a really good goalkeeper when he gets a bit older, I'm sure of that."
