Crystal Palace defender Scott Dann says they want to improve on this season's top ten finish.
Dann knows it will take a lot of "hard work" to come to fruition.
He told the Croydon Advertiser: "It's been a really good season, better than last, we are further up the league, we got a top-ten finish and to finish it off at home with three points and a clean sheet was brilliant."
"We have finished tenth and improved on last season and if we can improve the squad in the summer and keep playing the way we have been, we have got to look up and break into the top eight.
"It will take some hard work. The performances we have put in since the manager came in have been great so there is no reason why we can't.
"The gaffer will be looking and deciding on where to improve."
