Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari admits their poor home form could wreck their title chances this season.

He said: "We have 23 points in total so far and we have played for 15 points away from home this season and have won 15.

"Our problem is Stamford Bridge. We need more quality when we shoot and need to create more opportunities when we are at home.

"Sometimes it's more easy for us to play away because when our opponents are at home they try to play more and give us more space."
