The agent of Portugal coach Luiz Felipe Scolari has confirmed talks are planned with Manchester City.
The Sun says Scolari's agent confirmed Blues officials contacted the Brazilian on the orders of billionaire owner Thaksin Shinawatra. Acaz Fellegger claimed last night that official talks could take place before the Euro 2008 tournament next month.
