Fulham goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer says the club can stay in the top 10 on the Premier League table if they can get a good result at home next week.
The London club have moved to ninth thanks to a run of positive results at Craven Cottage which has seen them lose just once in their last 10 attempts at home.
Along with some crucial points away from the Cottage, Schwarzer feels that this season has been a year of progress for Mark Hughes' men and hopes that continues when Liverpool come to town on Monday night.
"In the time that I have been at the Club we have been very, very strong at home and we have done very well at Craven Cottage which has become a bit of a fortress for us at times," he told the club's official website.
"We want to try and maintain that strength, while securing results like we did at Sunderland on our travels.
"If we can do that - then we could see a big difference. The second half of the season has been very good and we're now ninth in the table and we want to keep ourselves in the top 10 and end the campaign in a strong, positive position.
"Had we managed to turn some of those draws we've had this season into wins - we could well have been talking about an even higher finish come the end. But it's been a season of progression for us and next year could be another interesting one for us."
