Schwarzer and Cahill get set for battle as Fulham host Everton

Australian national team heroes Mark Schwarzer and Tim Cahill will battle it out in the English Premier League this weekend when Fulham host Everton.

The Cottagers are coming off a 1-0 loss in the Europa League to Wisla Krakow on Thursday night whilst their last league start was a 2-0 away defeat at Stoke City but prior to that they strung together four clean sheets with Schwarzer at the forefront.

On the Everton side of the coin, the Toffees lost 3-1 at Chelsea last week which was their third league defeat in a row so they will be coming to Southwest London looking for maximum points as Cahill will be desperate to score past his Socceroos teammate as he has not hit the back of the net in seven appearances this season.

Fulham have lost just one of their last 13 Premier League matches at Craven Cottage but from a head-to-head point of view, Everton slightly have the wood over the Cottagers with six wins, three losses and a draw in their last 10 meetings.
