Andre Schurrle hailed the form of Chelsea teammate Eden Hazard after victory over Fulham.

Hazard laid on two of Schurrle's three goals in the win.

"Eden is awesome. He is a great player and everybody knows that," Schurrle said.

"When we are on the pitch, he can take on two or three people, we make a run and he sees us."
