Manchester United legend Paul Scholes feels they're well placed to haul in Premier League leaders Manchester City.
Scholes, 37, remains close enough to the day-to-day involvement at United for his presence at Carrington not to raise any eyebrows, even though his input is currently limited to the coaching side and, it appears, helping to turn the screw on Manchester City.
"It is a great position to be in just a couple of points off the leaders, almost better than being in front with all the pressure on City going into their games.
"They will be worrying about us and we are just cruising along.
"City have had a great start but it is unbelievable we get written off every season.
"We are always there or thereabouts. I am sure this year will be the same." "We want to win the league and after Christmas is the right time to make a move," he told MUTV.
