Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes believes the team can overcome Portuguese club FC Porto in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final.
The Red Devils were held to a 2-2 draw by Porto at Old Trafford last week and go in to the away leg basically a goal down due to the away goal rule.
The fact that no English side has ever won away to Porto has the odds out of United's favour but Scholes says it can be done.
"All we've got to do at Porto is win a football match," said Scholes.
"With the players we've got I'm sure we can do it."
Scholes said the win over Sunderland on the weekend has given the team some much-needed confidence ahead of Wednesday's match.
"It's always nice to get a win. It always boosts your confidence. I think we needed a little boost," he added.
"That was a big win for us. Liverpool had won beforehand and Chelsea won as well. It doesn't increase the pressure. You have to do your own job."
