Manchester United signing Morgan Schneiderlin has spoken of his excitement at joining 'the biggest club in the world'.

The French international was officially unveiled as a United player on Monday after completing his move from Southampton and he told MUTV he couldn't wait to get started with his new club.

"It is a dream come true - it is the biggest club in the world," Schneiderlin said.

"I've worked all my life for it and today I am very happy and it is a proud day. It is the beginning of a new thing for me, a new adventure, a new step and more demanding, with more pressure - but I'm ready for that and can't wait to start playing."

Schneiderlin said he would embrace the added pressure that comes with playing for a big club like United.

"It is amazing, I remember the first time I arrived at the stadium - straight away I said this is the best stadium that I've ever played in because of the atmosphere, because of the context, because of the name.

"I look forward to playing week in week out in front of thousands of people and I can't wait to get started.

"I had success last year with Southampton but hopefully now I will win every game with Manchester United."
