Schmeichel's agent coy on QPR, confident of move elsewhere

Kasper Schmeichel looks certain to leave Manchester City but his destination is unknown at this stage.

With the arrival of Shay Given at the City of Manchester Stadium, the 22-year olds prospects of becoming a first team regular look less likely than ever and the fact he has been sent out on loan twice this season is a major indicator towards a move.

Reports have suggested that the son of Manchester United legend Peter Schmeichel would move to Championship club Queens Park Rangers but his agent said there had been no talk of such a move.

"I have no comment on QPR," Michael Johansen told bold.dk.

"I am confident however that we will find a solution over Kasper's future soon."
