Paul Scharner has questioned the professionalism of his West Bromwich Albion teammates.
The Austrian defender believes some of the Baggies players have become lazy and wants the fine system brought back in to smarten up their act.
"We have become a bit lazy," he said. "Maybe you can see it on the pitch. I want the players' fines' system back because then I feel we would be getting back to full professionalism.
"My question to my colleagues is: 'Do you want to be relegated?'."
West Brom currently sit 16th on the Premier League table ahead of this weekend's home clash with Blackpool.
