Scharner brands West Brom teammates lazy, questions their professionalism

Paul Scharner has lambasted his West Bromwich Albion teammates for their dismal form slump.

The Baggies' centre-half, who has a reputation for being outspoken, cited the dismantling of the players' fines' system as being an example that the dressing-room had lost its' hunger.

"We have become a bit lazy," he said. "Maybe you can see it on the pitch. I want the players' fines' system back because then I feel we would be getting back to full professionalism.

"My question to my colleagues is: 'Do you want to be relegated?'."
