West Bromwich Albion could still retain midfielders Paul Scharner and Keith Andrews.
Baggies sporting and technical director Dan Ashworth has revealed that 32-year old Austrian international Scharner and 31-year old Republic of Ireland international Andrews both come out of contract on June 30 but may be offered new deals to stay at The Hawthorns.
"While we're in a position where we do not have a permanent head coach, we are holding open the possibility of negotiations to enable both players to come back to The Hawthorns.""Neither Paul nor Keith had an option to trigger," Ashworth said.
