Schalke whizkid Max Meyer knows he's on the radar of Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.
Jurgen Klopp is eager to splash the cash this summer as he looks to build a squad capable of challenging for the title as well as the Champions League -providing they finish in the top four.
And the Mirror says Meyer is on his radar.
Klopp reportedly had scouts cast an eye on the young talent when he featured for Germany's U21s last week.
The German boss knows his fellow countryman well from his time at spent in his homeland with Borussia Dortmund with Meyer aware the Liverpool boss has been impressed by him in the past.
Meyer revealed: “I know from the past that he appreciates me as a player. After my first derby against BVB - scoring a goal when I was 18 - he publicly expressed praise for me. This is a nice feeling when such a great coach says that."
