Schalke use Raul to lure Real Madrid legend Guti from Besiktas

Schalke are making a move for Real Madrid legend Guti.

The midfielder is unsettled at Besiktas, where his current deal expires in June, and could be on the move when the winter market opens in the New Year.

Blackburn Rovers and Sam Allardyce's West Ham United are being linked with Guti.

But Schalke have the inside-running, where good friend Raul's presence could sway any transfer battle in the Germans' favour.
