Schalke 04 are set to open talks with Juventus today over midfielder Christian Poulsen.
The Denmark international has been put up for sale by Juve, but has already turned down a £6 million move to Fenerbahce.
Schalke are willing to cough up for Poulsen, but will struggle to match his £2.7 million Juve salary.
